At Excel we keep our appointments as brief as possible (depending on the size of the project). Details and measurement will be taken and in most cases an estimated cost can be given at the time. You will then receive a written quote from us through the post listing everything in detail. We will then await your call if you wish to go ahead or discuss the project further.
TRY BEFORE YOU BUY!! Sometimes it can be quite difficult to imagine how a conservatory would look on your home. With our 3D virtual viewing technology you can see your conservatory on your home from the inside and the out. All we have to do is take a digital photograph of your house and with the magic of technology impose a conservatory.

INSTALLATION SCHEDULE Because we employ all our own staff we have complete control of the scheduling of installations. So the date given to start your project is the date we commence. However, we do live in England and even Excel can’t control the weather, so there are a few rare occasions when there may be a slight delay, but quality work is worth waiting for.

GUARANTEES Excel guarantees the profiles (outer window frames) for 10 years against discolouration by ultraviolet degradation (UVD) and warping. Glass/sealed Units for 10 years against internal condensation. Handle and locking mechanisms for 10 years.
All Excel installations are carried out in accordance with current building regulations, therefore we are confident enough to apply our comprehensive 10 year guarantee to base works covering items such as subsidence, brickwork movement and flashing degradation.
ALL PVC systems installed by Excel are manufactured in accordance with BS7413 (British Standards)
WE ARE A FENSA REGISTERED COMPANY.
FENSA is a self regulated body and complies with current building regulations. From April 2002 the government decreed that all window replacements be brought under the auspices of building regulation approval. As a potential client you therefore have two options available to you. One is to apply to your local authority for building regulation approval to install new windows or doors to your property. Alternatively, you can have your windows and doors installed by a FENSA registered company who undertakes this for you.
FENSA is an organisation set up by the British government to allow the self-assessment of replacement windows in peoples’ homes to ensure that they comply with current building regulations. It is a condition of FENSA registration that you, the customer is offered INSURANCE BACKED GUARANTEE. It is, however, your choice whether you accept this or not. At Excel we give you this standard. Excel quality is standard.
AFTER SALES SERVICE AND MORE GUARANTEES We don’t employ service engineers because we don’t need to. If any after service were required it would be minimal. On the rare occasion that there is a problem we grade our commitment to you based upon the degree of urgency. For instance if you have a problem with a door lock we guarantee to attend to it within 4 hours of notification to the office (obviously during working hours). All non-emergency work will be undertaken within 7 days.
