Your conservatory would not be complete without the finishing touches inside and out. At Excel our own qualified and experienced staff fit everything.

Plastering – Rather than have exposed brick, why not have it plastered? It can then be painted in the colour of your choice. How often do you re-decorate your home? By choosing this option you have the same flexibility.

Flooring – You can choose either laminates or ceramics. How about some under floor heating? It’s not as complicated or as expensive as it sounds.

Power Points – As many as you like and where YOU want them. How about an outside protected power point? This will allow you to plug in your lawn mower without trailing wires through your home.

Lighting – Spot lights, wall lights, fan lights the choice is yours. How about some brick lights to light up your garden? We’re talking about ambience, creating a luxurious yet comforting space. Brick lights are built into the outside wall of your conservatory and softly light up your garden for those special ‘al fresco’ evenings.

WINDOWS & DOORS
The days of chunky, unflattering windows are gone. All of our windows are manufactured from REHAU profile and are not only of a high quality but stylish to. Choose from a huge range of styles including sash, bay, bow or ‘tilt and turn’ windows that enable easy cleaning from inside. You can have windows with Georgian bars and choose from a wide range of glass from clear, patterned or stained glass.

Give the entrance to your home style as well. We have a wide range of doors front and back, a selection of which can be seen in our showroom or ask for a brochure showing the complete range. In addition to your new door, think about adding a canopy or porch. A canopy will make a great feature as well as a shelter, while a porch can provide a surprising amount of valuable extra space. Our own qualified staff carry out all building work.

FASCIAS, SOFFITS, CLADDING AND GUTTERING
All too easily forgotten. Finish your house off and replace all that peeling rotten wood with something you’ll never have to paint again. Having sound facias, soffits, cladding and guttering is just as important as good quality windows in keeping your home dry and damp free.

At Excel we do it one way, the right way. When we undertake to install new facias and soffits to your home we ensure that we give you the complete maintenance free package. How do we do this? Firstly we will never just ‘cap over’ your existing timber facias. How do you or we know what we’re leaving behind? All Excel facia installations involve the removal of your existing facia. Also we remove your first row of tiles and install a rot proof eaves protection system to replace your probably rotten under tile felt. Excel quality is standard.
