Everything went smoothly



We would like to pass on our great thanks to everyone involved in our recent conservatory build.

As you know our conservatory was a difficult task because the only access to the rear of the premises was through the house - not an ideal situation. We had a large amount of earth to be removed, which had to be taken through the house by wheelbarrow and of course the bricks, cement and windows all had to take the same route. All of this was carried out without any damage, largely down to the hardboard protection constructed by Dave. The boarding and floor protection was taken up on a daily basis and left clean and tidy - again not something we had expected, but certainly your team ensured disruption was kept to an absolute minimum.

The team were entrusted with our house keys throughout the build as we were out at work all day. The task was made harder as we had to stipulate that certain rooms on certain days could not be accessed because of our elderly cat - again this was never a problem.

The service your company provided has been both friendly and professional and we would have no hesitation in recommending you to any future customers. Having heard so many bad stories attached to the windoow industry it was nice to deal with such a competent team of people.

We would like to pass on a special thanks to Dave who put our minds at rest from the very start and kept us informed of what was going on at all times. Also to Gary who gave us one price and left us alone to make up our minds unlike other companies that kept on trying to gain the sale.

I write to thank all of you for making the experience of our new conservatory a very happy one. I was a bit worried initially about how everything would progress and how long it would take. However, from day one everything went smoothly – all the workforce were very pleasant and happy (always singing, but not always in tune!!!) – turned up on time and cleared up at the end of the day. The standard of work and materials used are excellent and the finished product is even nicer than I expected. I could not believe how quickly the conservatory took to build – only three weeks.
It is very comforting to find a firm who actually do what they promise as nowadays standards seem to have slipped especially in the building trade.
I am now saving up to have the rest of the windows done and will definitely be employing Excel to do these.
